1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AutomationForce website at automationforce.ai ("Site") or engaging our AI automation services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
2. Services
AutomationForce provides custom AI agent development, workflow automation, chatbot integration, and related consulting services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom software, agents, and automations delivered under a paid engagement become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. The AutomationForce name, logo, and website content remain the exclusive property of AutomationForce.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work. AutomationForce reserves the right to withhold delivery of final assets until outstanding invoices are settled.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement for a period of two (2) years.
6. Limitation of Liability
AutomationForce's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AutomationForce does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before acting on them.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
9. Changes to Terms
AutomationForce reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
